After the products are welded, they will be automatically unloaded to the finished product landing frame. The welding speed of the equipment is fast. In the state of no alarm and material shortage, taking a 180mm outer diameter steel cylinder as an example, an average of 55 fire extinguisher cylinders can be welded per hour. The welding part of the equipment consists of three stations, namely the clamping station, the bottle bottom welding station, and the bottle mouth welding station. The equipment is easy to operate, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
